Leo Pollicino is a Trainee Lawyer based in Rome, currently completing his legal education at the University of Rome “La Sapienza.”

Biography

He focuses his practice on civil, commercial, and international law, with particular interest in insurance law, corporate and contractual matters, and financial market regulation. His academic research, conducted within the field of insurance law, examines the evolution of the regulatory framework governing insurance contracts and the relationship between contractual autonomy and public supervision in the protection of policyholders.

Beyond his legal studies, Leo is particularly interested in the implementation of digital and AI-driven systems in the agricultural sector, aimed at enhancing innovation, sustainability, and competitiveness within production networks.

Combining analytical rigor with a forward-looking approach, he is committed to integrating legal expertise and technological innovation to improve the effectiveness and strategic value of legal practice.
