Biography

Riccardo, member of the Rome Bar Association, is a lawyer specialised in corporate and copyright law.

He developed his professional experience at a leading international law firm, assisting global corporations and groups, Italian public and private companies, private equity funds and investment banks with regard to major extraordinary and real estate transactions, corporate governance and contractual matters with a focus on intellectual property aspects, risk management, sustainability-driven business projects, investment initiatives aimed at enhancing the value of cultural and environmental assets, as well as litigation management and negotiations with public administrations. He has also gained experience in corporate tax advisory and tax due diligence matters.

He holds an LL.M. in Intellectual Property from LUISS School of Law, where he gained a structured overview of substantive copyright law and related regulatory areas, including image rights, trademark law, privacy and data protection, competition and antitrust law, as well as a direct insight into the legal and commercial practices of the film, audiovisual, music, publishing, videogame, radio, television and live events industries with particular attention to the impact of digital technologies and artificial intelligence on the existing legal framework.

He graduated in Law from LUISS Guido Carli University in 2021, with a dissertation in Comparative Corporate Governance, titled “The board of directors in the age of AI: a comparative perspective”, and completed an Erasmus+ programme at the University of Essex focused on English and international company and contract law.

He is fluent in Italian, English and French.
