Federico is an Administrative and Regulatory Lawyer. Member of the Rome Bar Association, he advises and represents companies in judicial and out-of-court matters.

Biography

Federico, a member of the Rome Bar Association, provides advice, representation and assistance to individuals and companies in both litigation and non-contentious matters.

He specializes in administrative, regulatory, antitrust, European, M&A and public economic law, with a particular focus on tender procedures, Golden Power and telecommunications.

He has worked in leading Italian and international law firms in Rome, where he has advised market-leading multinational companies, public administrations and public bodies across the pharmaceutical, telco and energy sectors. He has also served as a telecommunications and tender procedures expert at Infratel Italia S.p.A.

In addition, Federico was Teaching Assistant for the Chair of Markets, Regulations and Law at Luiss Guido Carli University and has served on the Administrative Law, Sports Law and Public Administration Commissions of the Rome Bar Association. He is also an Author and Member of the editorial board of ItaliAppalti.

He has published over seventy contributions in leading scientific journals.
