Melissa is a Paralegal within the Corporate department.

Her academic background includes an LLM in Commercial and Corporate Law from Queen Mary University of London and an LLB in Law with Business and Management from the University of Sussex.

Prior to joining the firm, Melissa gained experience in legal, regulatory and compliance matters at an international private bank in Dubai, with a focus on DFSA regulatory reviews, transaction analysis, AML & KYC due diligence, sanctions screening and regulatory compliance.

Her earlier legal experience includes contributing to an Environmental Justice Legal Clinic in the UK, where she assisted with public and environmental law research, case preparation and client advice.
