Giuseppe, a member of the Rome Bar Association, is authorized to practice before the Higher Courts.

He specializes in criminal law, with particular regard to the area of corporate, insurance and bankruptcy.

Giuseppe has gained extensive experience representing institutions and companies. He also has wide experience providing defence on matters of medical liability/malpractice, occupational safety and health, environmental crimes, urban planning and construction crimes, tax and bankruptcy crimes. He assists the drafting and revisioning of organization and compliance models provided for in D.lgs 231/2001.

He has salso taken on the defence in many criminal proceedings regarding crimes against the Public Administration.

Besides legal practice, he is a member of the Criminal Procedure and Military criminal Law Commission of the Rome Bar Association, and a member of the Family crimes commission of the Rome Criminal Chamber.
