Biography

Ahmed holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law and has professional experience in both litigation and legal administration within financial institutions. He began his career in litigation at a law firm, where he gained practical experience in handling court cases and judicial procedures.

He later joined a private bank, where he worked for six years as the Head of the Administrative Division within the Legal Department. During this period, he was responsible for establishing and managing the legal database and served as a key member of several important committees, including the Real Estate Committee and the Movable and Immovable Assets Attachment Committee. This role strengthened his expertise in banking matters, regulatory issues, attachment procedures, and enforcement.

He is currently responsible for overseeing the company’s administrative operations, with a focus on ensuring compliance, developing administrative procedures, and supervising legal operations in accordance with the highest professional standards.
