Biography

Yasmine is a dedicated Trainee Lawyer within our Corporate-Commercial department, where she provides support across a broad range of regional corporate and commercial matters.

She assists in drafting and reviewing bilingual agreements, including shareholder, franchise, and service contracts, and contributes to regulatory compliance work in Jordan and the GCC.

Her experience includes supporting clients with company formations, foreign company registrations, and free-zone licensing procedures in the UAE, as well as coordinating documentation and due diligence for cross-border projects.

Yasmine is known for her detail-oriented approach, strong organizational skills, and commitment to delivering clear, accurate, and efficient legal support to both clients and colleagues.
