Biography

Del Genio is a Trainee Lawyer registered with the Rome Bar Association since September 2024.

She graduated from the University of Naples Federico II with a thesis in Public Procurement Law focusing on the comparative Italian and French regulation of maritime state concessions for tourism and recreational purposes.

During her academic studies, she attended an advanced course in Franco-American Comparative Constitutional Law offered by Golden Gate University at Université Paris Nanterre. She also completed a postgraduate specialization in Administration, Finance and Public Contracts of Local Authorities at the University of Naples Federico II.

She is currently enrolled in the second-level Master’s programme (MIDA) at the Sapienza University of Rome.

Her practice focuses primarily on energy law, with particular attention to authorization procedures for renewable energy projects and related administrative litigation. She also assists in matters concerning public procurement and maritime concessions.
