Biography

Having graduated with a law degree from Damascus University, Syria, and a diploma in compliance & financial crime from University of Reading, UK, Mr. Ostwani joined OBH Lawyers in 2025. He has been working as a legal consultant in the UAE since 2011 and his main areas of expertise are litigation and dispute resolution, corporate affairs, commercial and employment laws.

Mr. Ostwani has extensive experience in leading high-stakes cases, expertise in dispute resolution across various courts and arbitrations, and a strategic approach to achieving client objectives with a record of achieving favourable outcomes through litigation, arbitration, and negotiation.

His experience comes from working with law firms, free zones and banks, in addition to highly developed drafting skills including drafting court pleadings, commercial agreements, leases, and memorandums. Mr. Ostwani is fluent in both Arabic & English.
